Renowned scholar on China, Mr. Frank Dikotter, is unveiling his new book this year. The book, titled The Tragedy of Liberation: A History of the Chinese Revolution 1945-1957, offers a groundbreaking new look at the immediate years following the Chinese Revolution. A forum on Dikotter’s book is scheduled to take place at the Cato Institute on September 26th, 2013.
