State Department: Human Rights in China is Continuing Downward Spiral

According to researchers at the State Department in Washington, Chinese Human Rights have regressed in recent years. One would think that after nearly a quarter-century since the Tienanmen massacre China would have made significant improvements in human rights; however, religious tension and the corruption of local police entities have made the last several years in China a breeding ground for human rights atrocities.
